Meaning: कोई चीज़ समाप्त होना (koi cheez samapt hona)

if something finished or little left.

Examples:-

 

1. समय निकलता जा रहा है।

(Samay nikalta jaa raha hai.)

Time is running out.

 

2. मेरा पासपोर्ट खत्म हो गया है।

(Mera passport khatam ho gaya hai.)

My passport has run out.

 

3. मेरे पास पैसे खत्म हो गए हैं।

(Mere pass paise khatam ho gaye hain.)

I have run out of money.

 

4. मेरा धैर्य खत्म हो रहा है।

(Mera dherya khatam ho raha hai.)

I'm running out of patience.

 

5. उसके पास चॉकलेट खत्म होने वाली है।

(Uske pass chocolate khatam hone wali hai.)

He has about to run out of chocolate.

 

6. मैं इस वाउचर के खत्म होने से पहले इसका इस्तेमाल करना चाहती हूं।

(Main is voucher ke khatam hone se pahle iska istemal karna chahti hun.)

I want to use this voucher before it runs out.
