In charge of meaning : responsible for.

किसी चीज़ के लिए ज़िम्मेदार होना।

(Kisi cheez ke liye jimmedaar hona.)

Examples:

    बच्चों को पढ़ाने की ज़िम्मेदारी Roopa की है।

        (Baccho ko parane ki jimmedaari Roopa ki hai.)
